What are the system requirements?
You can receive online tutoring using most of the systems available after 2004 that have:
Windows/Mac Laptops or Tablets with internet connection.
2 GB of RAM
Single Core Processor at 2.4 GHz or Dual Core Processor at 1.8 GHz
High speed internet connection
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or newer version

Would you help with assessment of my current academic situation?
Absolutely, our tutors will work with you on pre-assessment of your academic situation and then develop an improvement plan focusing on areas of weakness.

What do I need to get started?
Click on the "Register" and follow these steps:
- Fill the information requested for Registration.
- Login to your Dashboard.
- Schedule Online Sessions or request Homework Help immediately.

Do I need to provide my credit card information?
You do not need to provide your credit card information. We only receive payments through PayPal at this time.

Can I cancel a scheduled session?
You may cancel a confirmed online tutoring session 60 minutes prior to start time. Your payment will be credited back to your account balance and can be reused at a later time. However, if you do not show up for a scheduled session 30 minutes after the start time, you will be charged full session price.

I want to start, how soon can I start online tutoring?
Once you register on our website, you can schedule sessions whenever you wish and best available tutor will be assigned based on availability.

How do I get comfortable with the whiteboard?
Although our platform is very user-friendly and you can navigate through the tabs, we have instructed our tutors to help you get familiar with the environment. You do not have to be a computer geek to use our system and anyone with basic computer skills should be able to benefit from our technology.

Can I review my sessions at a later point?
Yes, the sessions are recorded so you can access them whenever you wish.

What types of files can I share on your platform?
Our system supports Word/PowerPoint/Excel documents as well as PDF.

What do I do if I forget my Username or Password?
Simply click on “forgot password” to retrieve/reset password.
